In the third quarter of 2023, the performance of the top 5 shooter games on the iOS platform in Oman revealed interesting trends. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

PUBG MOBILE saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $30K in the week of August 7. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 3.9K in mid-July, while active users ranged between 81K to 87K, maintaining a robust user base throughout the quarter.

Free Fire: 7th Anniversary experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, dropping from 2.9K at the start of the quarter to around 1.1K by the end. Revenue also saw a downward trend, with the lowest point at $2.4K in early September. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, hovering around 20K to 23K.

For Call of Duty®: Mobile, weekly revenue peaked at $3.5K in early July, then settled around $1.8K towards the end of the quarter. Downloads showed a similar trend, starting at 1.3K and declining to 644 by late September. Active users were fairly consistent, ranging from 9.4K to 10.7K.

Finally, Free Fire MAX reported a consistent decline in downloads from 713 in late June to 246 by the end of September. Revenue also showed a downward trend, starting at $1.4K and ending at around $1K. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 14.6K to 16.7K.
